   Experience

   Minimum

    7&ndash;10 years of experience

   in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

   Demonstrated experience in

    maintenance management

    industrial engineering

    new line installations and line transfer projects
   </strong>

   Proven experience managing cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.

   Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies and systems (preventive &amp; predictive maintenance).

   Solid expertise in industrial engineering tools and methodologies.

   Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM and operational excellence initiatives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency with CMMS, ERP, and project management tools.
  </li>
