AUTHORITIES: 
The Senior Sales/System Engineer will be responsible for issuing technical solutions and designs during the tender phase and advice to various Project teams during implementation. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Basic Requirements</h2>
The ideal candidate has the following skills and capabilities:<ul><li>
More than 7 years involvement with a wide range of radio communications systems and Video security including their design, specification and implementation.</li><li>
Technical Sales or customer relationship management experience</li><li>
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Electrical, Wireless, Computer, or Network Engineering is preferred.</li><li>

Strong written and oral communications skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences in English and Arabic</li><li>

KONE Middle East, Turkey &amp; Africa (KMTA) is embarking upon an exciting growth phase through direct presence across 7 regions. New Building Solutions is a strategic priority for our business to complement our growth plans and drive our sustainable success with customer strategy. As a part of this effort, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic sales engineer with a strong customer-focused mindset to be based in our Doha, Qatar office and report directly to the head of new building solutions in Qatar.
In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategic or nationally/locally important customers. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers. The Sales Engineer's role is to manage opportunities from current and new customers and close deals in a way that meets customer needs and maximizes KONE&rsquo;s order book and profitability.

Hence, we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. Are you the one?
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
</li><li>Minimum 3 - 5 years of Elevator industry experience in one of the following: Complex Sales Process Management / Business Development / Key Account Management
</li><li>Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
</li><li>Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
</li><li>Passion for sales, with a proven track record in handling Strategic Key Accounts and a strong customer focus
</li><li>Excellent English &amp; Arabic communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Qatar experience is preferred.
