 <li>

 Proficient in ATS platforms and standard recruiting tools; comfortable working within a defined process.

 High degree of integrity and discretion in handling candidate and compensation information.

 Minimum of two years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume and/or multi-location environment.

 Experience recruiting for trades, construction, or skilled labor roles preferred.

 Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
