In this pivotal role you will provide various administrative support which may include copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. Essential Job Responsibilities
<ul><li>Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule
</li><li>Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions
</li><li>Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner
</li><li>Hospitality Services includes coordinator and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies. Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed.
</li><li>Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance
</li><li>Facilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns.
</li><li>Candidate must be strong in copy, print and scan and proficient in Microsoft.
</li><li>Assist with conference room setups, package delivery and other duties as assigned.

</li><li>Minimum of 2 years work experience in a customer services field

<div>The Installer Service Specialist is an experienced and technical parts specialist who services the needs of professional customers through the store&rsquo;s installer counter. This position will oversee and direct the daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
Quickly and accurately takes customer orders over the phone and online, invoice customer orders, direct efforts to accurately pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery specialists to ensure customers receive their orders in a consistent and timely manner.
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
Ensure that all vehicle inspections are completed on time, accurate and daily mileages are entered into the delivery fleet management devices.
Works with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers.
Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store.
Ensures customers&rsquo; new core and warranty returns are picked up and credited in a timely manner.
Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and makes sure all returns are tagged/labeled correctly.
Assist on front counter as needed and, on the retail counter as needed.
Help with backroom duties, i.e., auto-load, returns, stock, etc., as needed.
Assist with customer labor claims, making sure they are processed quickly and efficiently.
All other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Required:</h2>
Strong background in mechanics.
Above average communication skills.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Desired:</h2>
Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
ASE Certification.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
