<ul><li>Precision Installation: Safely load &amp; transport tools &amp; materials, mount and install a wide variety of outdoor electrical custom signs such as channel letters and monument signs. Mounting and installing the signs in accordance with all safety protocols.</li>
<li>Site Surveys: Visit job sites to take precise measurements, evaluate mounting surfaces, site access and capture layout photos. Ensuring effective placement and electrical connections</li>
<li>Safety &amp; Organization: Running the job site &amp; maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment both out in the field in the shop.</li>
<li>Risk Assessment &ndash; Understand &amp; Communicate the challenges of the project to all stakeholders.</li>
<li>Project Documentation: Document all activities, Accurately track project status, document site visits, and log completed work using computers &amp; tablets</li>
<li>Scheduling &amp; Project Planning &ndash; Understanding deadlines &amp; timing, some project management</li>

</ul><div>What We&rsquo;re Looking For (Qualifications)</div>
<ul><li>Industry Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a sign installer or comparable construction role is preferred.</li>
<li>Trade Skills: Strong general carpentry skills &amp; construction knowledge, mechanical aptitude, field welding and hand/power tool proficiency.</li>
<li>Heights &amp; Physical Labor: Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor including lifting, climbing, and working at heights in all types of weather conditions</li>
<li>Bucket Truck &amp; Crane Experience- Knowledge &amp; experience with lifts, Certifications are a plus</li>
<li>Grasp of Technology: Good computer, tablet &amp; smart phone skills &amp; experience with Microsoft products</li>
<li>Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for precision, spatial awareness, and quality control.</li>
<li>Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license</li>
<li>Diploma &ndash; High school diploma or GED. College Degree is a plus but not a requirement</li>

The position is part of our sign fabrication department. Channel letter and 3d lighted signs are produced and then we also have an install team that takes care of all created sign installations. We also have vehicle wraps and Vinyl signs that are produced and installed for customers. This role is being able to help with graphic design, producing on a variety of substrates and then installing.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform finishing operations such as trimming, mounting, and laminating to prepare prints for installation.</li><li>
Installation sign jobs throughout Utah. There may be some overnight and multi-day travel will be required.</li><li>
Coordinate with sales team, center manager, and clients to ensure installations meet their specifications and timelines.</li><li>
Manage on-site installation challenges with efficient, cost-effective problem-solving skills and professionalism.</li><li>
Maintain tools and equipment for installation, ensuring they are in good working condition.</li><li>
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and installation techniques.</li><li>
Set up machines, equipment, and work area before production runs, ensuring that they are calibrated, functioning properly, and able to meet the needs of the job.</li><li>
Monitor machines during production runs, checking for any issues or malfunctions and adjusting/repairing as needed.</li><li>
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and other workers.</li><li>
