This position serves as the in-charge auditor on large, complex and sensitive internal auditing assignments. Audits are directed at reviewing internal controls, compliance with corporate policies and procedures, safeguarding assets, and reliability of financial data. SCOPE:
Under the general direction of the Audit Manager, the incumbent will operate independently and is responsible for planning and executing high-level audits that cover all ASC and Subsidiary organizations, as well as Project Management Teams. Work includes large, complex auditing assignments involving appraisals of contract compliance, reviews of selected internal controls, reviews of IT systems, and audits of organizations. PRINCIPAL DUTIES:<ul><li>
Oversees the completion of the audit. Proposes revisions in the program as circumstances warrant. Reviews and evaluates the findings and conclusions of assistants. Develops a close working relationship with Division Heads, Department Heads, PMT personnel and various staff groups to insure continuing cooperation on their part to complete audit objectives. Appraises departmental activities from a management viewpoint. The incumbent will comment on those matters a Manager would normally review to determine his/her Department is functioning in accordance with prescribed plans and procedures. Personally completes more important and sensitive sections of the audit program.</li><li>
Consults with the Audit Manager or Accounting Staff Specialist concerning the subject of an assigned audit, scheduled completion date, assistants available, and the general plan and scope of the audit work to be completed.</li><li>
Plans, schedules, and directs the work of other auditors designated as assistants on each audit.</li><li>
Develops comprehensive audit program and establishes the scope, objectives and general audit approach of each project. Upon completion of preliminary research, estimates time allowed for each phase of the audit. Based on this study, assigns specific portions of the audit to subordinates.</li><li>
Writes sections of audit reports covering portions of the audit made personally; reviews, edits the balance written by assistants to ascertain that all statements are fully documented and supported in the work papers.</li><li>
Conducts closing meetings with Department Heads, along with applicable Division Heads and others, to review and discuss the report and to obtain general concurrence with the audit findings and conclusions, and also to be informed of any pertinent factors that might not have been disclosed previously. Revises report as needed and reviews all data and supporting working papers before submitting final products.</li><li>
Reviews proposed new or revised procedures throughout ASC for adequacy of internal controls and sound business practices. Recommends process improvements and changes in existing procedures, as deemed necessary.</li><li>
Have an understanding of IT controls around technical environments and evaluation of risk-based controls across functional IT areas including networks, firewalls, vulnerability management, systems development, information security, database management and project management. Perform review and testing for the IT ICFR Controls and ITGCs for an IT audit and/or at the request of the audit manager in assistance to the audit team for ITGC compliance.</li><li>
Advises other members of Audit on Company policy and procedures. Provides other staff services within the Company&rsquo;s audit function including implementing on-the-job training for new auditors; reviewing computer system proposals; and performing special assignments such as relief of Audit Manager or Accounting Staff Specialist; and provides assistance to the Company&rsquo;s independent auditors.</li><li>

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. MBA, CPA, or CIA highly desirable.</li><li>

Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely in English at a level required to perform the job as outlined.</li><li>

POSITION SUMMARY: 
 
Under the direction of the CODIS Administrator, the Assistant CODIS Administrator is responsible for the input and retrieval of data entered into the Combined DNA Index System (CODIS) utilized by the Forensic Biology Division of Houston Forensic Science Center (HFSC). CODIS is a national FBI system used to search DNA profiles obtained from crime scene evidence against DNA profiles from other crime scenes and from convicted offenders and arrestees. CODIS can generate investigative leads in cases when a match is obtained. The Assistant CODIS Administrator is responsible for operating the DNA profile database for exchange of sensitive and confidential criminal-related genetic information among federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. The Assistant CODIS Administrator is accountable for utilizing the system appropriately to ensure accurate and timely results are released to the requesting investigator. 
Specific duties include, but are not limited to: 
<ul><li>
Operate the CODIS database in accordance with state and/or federal law and State DNA Index System (SDIS) and National DNA Index System (NDIS) operational procedures.</li><li>
Ensure appropriate entry of information within the database.</li><li>
Retrieve data and makes appropriate notifications in a timely manner.</li><li>
Review and make best efforts to disposition matches in accordance with CODIS Handbook, NDIS Operational Procedures, and CODIS SOP.</li><li>
Upload profiles to SDIS and NDIS, schedules uploads from local laboratories, and reviews CODIS generated reports.</li><li>
Back up CODIS data, including performance of periodic restores, to ensure backups are working properly.</li><li>

Experience and Skills:MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS: 
The casework Assistant CODIS Administrator shall meet the educational requirements for a Forensic Analyst in DNA. The Forensic Analyst in DNA must meet the educational requirements stated in the Quality Assurance System (QAS):

Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, genetics, forensic sciences, or a closely related science field from an accredited college/university (transcripts required).</li><li>
Subjects providing a basic understanding of forensic DNA analysis, as well as courses or training in statistics and population genetics as they apply to forensic DNA analysis.</li></ul>
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 
A casework Assistant CODIS Administrator shall be a current or previously qualified analyst.

Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. What you will do in this role:<ul><li>
Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.</li><li>
Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record. - Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.</li><li>
Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.</li><li>

The Global HRIS analyst is a subject matter expert consulting with HR stakeholders on all Workday modules currently in scope at Sysco (Compensation) As an HRIS analyst, you will be an integral part of our HR Service Delivery team, working with Sr Analysts, Team Leaders and Global HRIS Total Rewards managers to uphold governance processes, identify and document requirements, architect solutions, communicate with stakeholders, participate in system testing and drive completion of initiatives, making sure overall usability of the system and its downstream dependencies are reliable.

Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul><li>System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain Workday modules including HCM, ATS, Payroll, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Time and Attendance. Ensure system settings and configurations are optimized for performance and functionality.</li><li>
System Upgrades and Enhancements: Plan, test, and implement system upgrades and new functionalities. Coordinate with IT and Workday support to address any technical issues or enhancements</li><li>

Develop test scripts and execute E2E testing for assigned projects.</li><li>
