What is Your Role?
As a Creative Strategy Analyst, you are responsible for managing the campaign direction for multiple, high priority, clients. You plan (ideate) and prepare (brief writing) compelling visual and written content end to end with a polished finish. Your creative and content enhances our clients&rsquo; paid media performance (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more) with measurable results across a portfolio of brands. You come packed with ideas for net new campaigns, as well as optimization ideas to help improve performance.
As an individual, you love products and are passionate about consumer brands, particularly in the realm of wellness, beauty, pet care, apparel, and CPG. You have a keen sense of what consumers are looking for, and know how to deliver a point with a punch. You bring excitement, genuine curiosity, and a product-testing mentality. You think big and can distill dense information into singular, important ideas that are easily digestible for audiences.
Your work will include all aspects of planning visual whitelisted content that will appear in ad campaigns before millions of viewers. You will prepare engaging creative briefs that guide designers into executing compelling videos and static ads related to the brands you already love. You will carefully create actionable creative briefs in a manner that is on tone with brand guidelines, while maintaining an authentic and trustworthy voice. A born communicator, your collaboration skills are as sharp as your attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities For This Role:
This role is perfect for someone who is highly strategic, consumer-obsessed, and passionate about producing effective content that sells. A creative mindset is a must and applicants should know what makes a winning ad for clients across a breadth of industries.
This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of creative and content performance. Main tasks include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Ideation and development of needle-moving creative &amp; content that speaks to a brand&rsquo;s needs via market research and content analysis</li><li>
Understanding and driving business goals, including performance revenue, while constantly innovating new creative &amp; content types</li><li>
Brief preparation for content creators (audio, video, and photographic) that includes creating scripts, hooks, and shot lists for static and video content with high aesthetic standards</li><li>
Brief preparation for writers (written) that ensures delivery of compelling and direct-response optimized advertorials</li><li>
Post-production brief preparation for internal editing teams using raw visual assets and visual storyboards that guide the look of the final video and static creatives</li><li>
Creation of snappy and compelling ad text overlay</li><li>
Using analytics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.) to optimize creative &amp; content to improve performance of campaigns post-launch. This includes helping ideate on new creative iterations and optimizing advertorial landing pages hosted on Grapevine&rsquo;s publisher sites to increase conversion</li><li>
Cross functional collaboration with the Brand Success and Graphic Design teams in a supportive capacity</li></ul>
What You'll Bring:
Content: Execution Expert<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>
1-3 years experience in creative strategy across visual advertising (video and photo) in the DTC/ecomm space</li><li>
Experience with video content: storyboarding, call-to-actions, hooks</li><li>
Experience with image editing software (e.g. Figma, Canva)</li><li>
Experience with video editing software (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere)</li><li>
Experience working in a task management platform (e.g. Asana, Monday) is strongly preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities Contractor Invoice Controls &ndash; Field Operations &amp; Customer Care Review, validate, and approve contractor invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance with contractual terms, and alignment with operational agreements Streamline invoice coding and end?to?end invoice processing to improve efficiency and reduce errors Develop, maintain, and enhance invoice tracking and accrual processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Partner with Finance and Procurement to resolve invoice discrepancies, improve controls, and continuously optimize invoice workflows Workforce Management &amp; Planning &ndash; Field Operations &amp; Customer Care Maintain and enhance workforce planning models to forecast labor needs based on volume, geography, service type, and operational demand Analyze productivity, utilization, and capacity metrics and recommend staffing and resourcing adjustments to meet service and cost targets Support scheduling optimization and labor cost management initiatives to improve operational efficiency Provide back up to Customer Care WFM Operating Performance Reporting &ndash; Field Operations &amp; Customer Care Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc performance reports for Field Operations and Customer Care Headcount analysis for Customer Care and detailed analysis for Field Operations Translate operational data into actionable insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement initiatives Automate reporting and analytics processes using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms Prepare and present key findings, trends, and performance insights to senior leadership as part of monthly and ongoing operating reviews Qualifications Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field. 5+ years of experience in operations analysis, workforce planning, or financial controls. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven track record delivering complex data and analytic projects that support monthly operating reviews and drive improvements in operational performance and customer experience. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.). Experience with contractor management and field service operations preferred. Ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights and executive-ready communications Preferred Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems and invoice processing platforms. Knowledge of telecommunications or utility industry operations. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with field teams and corporate stakeholders.
