About the Role

Develop comprehensive strategic plans that align with organizational goals, market opportunities, and optimal asset allocation strategies</li><li>
Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to inform strategic recommendations and identify asset management opportunities</li><li>
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and change management throughout strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring buy-in on asset management strategies</li><li>
Monitor and report on strategic performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and asset performance benchmarks</li><li>
Mentor and guide team members on strategic planning methodologies, asset management best practices, and portfolio optimization techniques</li><li>

What do we need from you

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field</li><li>
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in strategic planning, business strategy, or management consulting</li><li>
Demonstrated expertise in asset management, portfolio optimization, or related financial planning disciplines</li><li>
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex organizational initiatives</li><li>
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive and board-level audiences</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
