Supplier Development Project Manager &ndash; Tiger Team
GTI is seeking a Supplier Development Project Manager to lead our strategic Tiger Team. This is a deployable role designed to manage the roadmap for new facility launches and production expansions at supplier sites. The position will also provide crucial stability to joint ventures and coordinate critical interventions for suppliers. Position Overview
Reporting through the NPI Group, this role is a technical and leadership pivot point for the design, implementation, and sustainment of scalable external manufacturing processes. The Tiger Team must remain flexible and available to fly to sites as needed for short-term or extended deployments to lead facility launches, resolve production issues, and verify process readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Facility &amp; Joint Venture Execution<ul><li>
Lead the planning and implementation teams for launching new Joint Venture (JV) facilities and dedicated supplier production lines.</li><li>
Partner with Company ownership to develop and execute the strategic roadmap for supply chain expansion and &quot;GTI-certified&quot; supplier facilities.</li><li>
Establish budgets, multi-year schedules, and operational strategies for external facility launches.</li><li>

Tiger Team Leadership &amp; Cross-Functional Coordination<ul><li>
Direct the &quot;Tiger Team&quot; activities, deploying technical resources (Engineers and Quality specialists) to supplier sites for new launches or crisis recovery.</li><li>
Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Sourcing to align supplier facility goals with GTI&rsquo;s long-term capacity requirements.</li><li>
Interface directly with customer executives and vendor ownership to ensure seamless execution and transparency during critical launch phases.</li><li>
Serve as the primary architect for risk mitigation plans when supplier readiness threatens GTI&rsquo;s delivery schedule.</li></ul>
Operational Excellence &amp; Scaling<ul><li>
Ensure customer satisfaction, safety, and quality objectives are mirrored across all joint-venture and supplier-led operations.</li><li>
Organize and manage all tasks related to external facility design, resource allocation, and line setup.</li><li>

Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management (Master&rsquo;s Degree/MBA preferred).</li><li>
8+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically leading large-scale manufacturing facility launches or complex supplier industrialization programs.</li><li>

We are seeking a Supplier Qualification Manager to join our One-MHS team, focusing on development of new suppilers (including contract manufacturing) and their qualification. As our Supplier Qualification Manager, you'll own the process of identifying, evaluating, and qualifying the integrators, contract manufacturers, and critical MHE components that Amazon depends on. Supplier Qualification &amp; Development 
Lead end-to-end supplier qualification for new MHE suppliers (equipment or services) &mdash; evaluating people, process and technology.

This role will focus on establishing the right metrics to measure risk &amp; performance, scalable mechanisms to measure risk &amp; performance while optimizing supplier performance and driving continuous improvement across our supplier base for equipment &amp; components for MHE systems. 
 
This role will be accountable for tracking OMHS procurement goals, resolving quality and performance issues, and leading value engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a strong communicator with a proven track record in procurement or supply chain management. 
 
Key job responsibilities 
<ul><li>Lead a team of performance managers across OMHS procurement team</li><li>Establish scalable mechanisms including AI enabled tools for tracking the supplier risk &amp; performance across our wide supplier base</li><li>Be accountable &amp; drive the team for the resolution of quality and performance issues that require structural fixes, working cross-functionally to implement effective solutions.</li><li>Lead value engineering and quality improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and reduce costs.</li><li>Manage supplier capacities across equipment and services, ensuring alignment with Amazon's needs and identifying opportunities for optimization.</li><li>Measure and analyze supplier performance using aligned metrics across the MHE value chain, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) with suppliers to share performance data, discuss challenges, and collaborate on action plans.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including category managers, procurement teams, and business units, to ensure supplier performance aligns with strategic goals.</li><li>Develop and maintain robust supplier performance metrics and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate data for decision-making.</li><li>Manage supplier relationships, acting as a key negotiator and escalation point for performance-related issues.</li></ul></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

The Supply Chain Innovation Manager partners closely with industry ecosystem, strategic suppliers, and internal cross‑functional teams to enable new technologies, reduce total cost of ownership (TCO), and strengthen supplier manufacturing capability, capacity, quality, sustainability, and resilience. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain, engineering, and operations, driving innovation across the supplier ecosystem to support long-term business growth and competitiveness.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with supplier-facing leadership, using data, structured problem-solving, and collaboration to translate emerging technologies into scalable, cost-effective, and resilient supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities
