 New Supplier Set-up:

 Validate/update the contract information, supplier name, descriptions, amount, payment terms, and category assigned to the Requisition to ensure the spend is considered managed.

 Collaborate with Category Managers on sourcing and contract initiatives to determine requisition approval timing and the appropriate delivery method of the approved PO to the supplier.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor requisitions below $50K to optimize use of preferred, previously contracted, small/diverse suppliers and suppliers with sustainability programs.

 Monitor requisitions in S2C out-of-scope categories to ensure the category assigned to the requisition spend is correct.

 Contract Reviews &amp; Sourcing:

 Support and conduct Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) negotiations as needed.

 Facilitate Proof of Concept Trial Agreement negotiations, particularly for AI services, recognizing the growing importance of these agreements. Ensure AI language is included in all relevant T&amp;Cs as AI is significant in the marketing space.

 Conduct low-complexity, low-dollar contract negotiations swiftly, as this category processes the highest volume of agreements. Execute agreements in a fast manner and keep BUs updated on where you are in the negotiation process.

 Maintain a detail-oriented approach in reviewing all contract details, ensuring all requests and contracts are up-to-date and accurate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess a strong understanding of key contract clauses, including indemnification, limitation of liability, data privacy, and confidentiality. Ensure our T&amp;Cs are accurate for data buys, including who Gartner uses that data.

 The incumbent will be responsible for connecting and engaging with villas, apartments, homestays, and premium vacation rentals. They will be accountable for enhancing the productivity of the portfolio, meeting or exceeding supply targets, identifying market opportunities, and guiding the team to attain their KRAs.
 
 
 Additionally, the role holder will develop strategic insights to improve business profitability, identify opportunities for process improvement, and collaborate closely with business teams to assess process adherence and prioritize areas for enhancement.

 Building, managing and expanding partner relationships within your territory, aiming to surpass quarterly/ monthly sales targets with Host accounts.

 Portfolio Management and Drive Growth for units:

 Onboarding new, high-quality supply within your assigned geography.

 Representing MakeMyTrip in external meetings with partners and at industry conferences in your market, solidifying the brand's presence and commitment.

 Initiating and conducting in-depth user data analyses and experimentation that will directly impact strategy and the program roadmap.
