Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data in our procurement systems</li><li>
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill their purchasing requirements</li><li>
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations</li><li>
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize the procurement process</li><li>
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts</li><li>
Resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery delays, or discrepancies</li><li>
Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field</li><li>
2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement</li><li>
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities (both verbal and written)</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel</li><li>
Knowledge of supply chain management principles</li><li>
Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations</li><li>
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>
Professional certification in purchasing or supply management (e.g., CPSM, CPM) preferred</li><li>
Familiarity with local suppliers and market conditions in Mysuru and surrounding areas is a plus</li></ul></div>
