Job Description Summary:</b></p><p>
Performs the duties of a Munitions Section Supply Technician under the general supervision of the Operations Supervisor on behalf of the Munitions Division Manager. This position executes technical and administrative munitions supply management functions within the Standard Army Ammunition Supply System (SAAS) in direct support of Army ammunition operations.</p><p>
The role requires the application of regulatory-driven administrative processes, accountability controls, and data integrity standards unique to Army munitions operations, rather than general warehouse material handling. All work is performed in accordance with DoD, Army, and applicable Service-level regulations governing ammunition accountability, storage, movement, and reporting.</p><p>
May be assigned to support contract support requirements in job-related areas such as environmental, safety, and security. In addition to the broad scope of complexity, which is aligned to quality control, data line content, and posting of all transactional data being conducted on a normal day. Must be able to utilize multifaceted information systems access (MHP, MTMS, TAMIS, SAAS, CORPS, FACTS, VFS, etc.) in compliance to various defined procedures. Technical knowledge includes but is not limited to quality control procedures, DOD/Army/Navy/Air Force regulations/process requirements, standard operation procedures, time management, logistics, safety, and physical security.</p><p><b>

Perform munition-specific inventory and storage management in SAAS, including lot-, serial-, and condition-code&ndash;controlled assets</li><li>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Perform warehousing duties in accordance with prescribed storage plans.</li><li>
Receive, store, and issue materials and supplies from supply resources. Verify materials against receiving documentation and document any discrepancies or damage.</li><li>

Summary:</b></p><p>
Perform property control and requisition functions in accordance with Contract Statement of Work, Property Management Plan, Associate Contractor Agreements, and specified instructions, regulations, and policies. Projects and priorities will be determined by the Logistics Lead for the Northern Ranges.</p><p><b>
Essential DutiesResponsibilities:</b></p><p>
Assist the NTTR Property Administrator in conducting property transactions, shipments, storage, disposition of excess property and scrap, warehouse management, and physical inventories. Research and/or resolve inventory discrepancies. Update property records using the Maximo Database Application.</p><p>
Conduct Contractor Self Assessments (CSA's) as assigned and specified by the Property Administrator in accordance with the FAR 52.245-1.</p><p>
Maintain and/or monitor assigned material, equipment, and property accounts (e.g., Air Force, FAR 52 accounted material, Supply Points, Air Force Equipment Management accounts, and Government provided vehicles).</p><p>
Use the Federal Logistics (FEDLOG) application tool to research items with National Stock Number's (NSN) and search individual commercial vendor websites to verify item data as for non-stock listed items.</p><p>
Process Air Force purchase requests into the Enterprise Solution Supply (ESS) and General Services Administration (GSA) Supply Center. Process Commercial Purchase Requisitions (PR's) into the Property Management System (Maximo). Prepare Material/Service Requisitions to include repairs, maintenance, and warranty services. Ensure supporting documentation and justification is included for both Commercial and Standard Base Supply System (SBSS) purchases using hard copy forms, Maximo and ESS.</p><p>
Perform shipping, receiving, and distribution duties.</p><p>
Manage, store, and ship/receive Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) in accordance with the Hazcom Program Policy.</p><p>
Perform equipment custodian duties for assigned Air Force Equipment Authorization accounts.</p><p>
Maintain accountability for all government-furnished equipment.</p><p>
Perform all other related duties as required.</p><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><p><b>
Education</b>: High school graduate or high school equivalency and at least five years related experience. CPPS or CPPA certification from NPMA Certified Professional Property.</p><p><b>
