 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in building strong candidate pipelines and partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to identify top talent across various functions. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent research, market mapping, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
 
 
 <ul>

 Responsible for top of funnel sourcing efforts including, but not limited to talent mapping, sourcing, engaging, qualifying, and converting prospects into candidates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage candidates and documentation through Jobvite ATS
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with talent acquisition partners, hiring managers and business leaders and conduct in-take calls to understand their hiring needs. (move to second bullet point)
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers, evangelizing Cupertino Electric externally
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist at recruiting events, info sessions, interviews, and job fairs as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and maintain data and metrics relative to talent acquisition projects or initiatives assigned.

 Stay apprised of industry trends including Diversity, Equity, &amp; Inclusion efforts as it relates to the workforce and our industry holistically.

 About You
 
 
 
 You have the ability to flourish in a setting that may include ambiguity and shifting focus. You bring effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, along with a positive, resilient approach. You&rsquo;re a believer in client customer-facing support while demonstrating active learning with a growth mindset. You have excellent planning and project management skills, with strong attention to detail. You are proficient with MS Office applications and have experience with applicant tracking systems, with Jobvite being a plus. You possess strong research skills and are familiar with Boolean search techniques. You have experience using ATS and sourcing tools. You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and work independently.  Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.

</li><li>Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment and clearance process while providing timely updates to hiring managers and internal stakeholders
</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
</li><li>Process and monitor pre-employment requirements, including background checks, references, and other required clearances
</li><li>Assist with job postings, recruitment events, candidate outreach, and other talent acquisition initiatives
</li><li>Maintain accurate recruitment records within HRIS
</li><li>Ensure compliance with agency policies, hiring procedures, and employment regulations
</li><li>Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams as needed
</li><li>Support high-volume hiring projects and recruitment campaigns while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization
</li></ul>Requirements:
<ul><li>High school/GED required
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, or related field required
</li><li>Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments preferred
</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills
</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS preferred
</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition teams, hiring managers, and candidates across all levels of the organization
