DESCRIPTION: 
 
The Talent Coordinator is to provide leadership to meet identified needs of students in Gifted Education, and PD for staff development. The Talent Coordinator will K-12 provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all special education programs and interventions. This role ensures that services for gifted students and students with disabilities and other special needs are effectively designed, implemented, and continuously improved in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Talent Coordinator partners with school administrators, educators, families, and community agencies to drive systemic improvements and enhance student outcomes. 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Facilitate universal data screening 2-3 times a year with school administrators, specialists, and/or teacher teams to screen for potential giftedness.</li><li>
Support teachers on how to monitor and report on gifted/behavior student progress goals.</li><li>
Utilize elements of the student-centered coaching model to collaborate with teachers and teams on planning for instruction and activities for Tier I/II Differentiation (all classrooms) and Tier II/III Differentiation (cluster classrooms).</li><li>
Models differentiated lessons with teachers (K-12) classroom teachers including Intervention Specialists.</li><li>
In classroom coaching to support students and teachers to promote the learning of all.</li><li>
Provide Intervention Specialists coaching on writing IEPs.</li><li>
A Strong knowledge of implementing IEPs and ETRs.</li><li>
Inform administration of gifted needs, behavior needs, and concerns (ex. class placement, teacher training).</li><li>
Conduct professional development with staff related to gifted and behavior education</li><li>
Attend all required professional development and work days for New Miami LSD staff</li><li>
Disseminate gifted information to parents (ex. Referral, Identification Process, etc.).</li><li>
Conduct all parts of the gifted identification process (screening, referral, testing and scoring, eligibility, and determination notification).</li><li>
Disaggregate data from gifted referral and testing as part of equitable practices monitoring.</li><li>
Be active participant in MTSS (Multi-Tier Support Systems)</li><li>
Maintain accurate records in student cumulative record.</li><li>
Work collaboratively with other districts</li><li>
Complete and submit documents to ODEW</li><li>
Coordinate initiatives</li><li>
Manage budgets</li></ul> 
QUALIFICATIONS:

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

The hourly pay rate for this position is:
$27.00 to $35.00

Job Description
Atlas is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting and hiring efforts. This role is a key partner to our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers, helping deliver a consistent, efficient, and positive experience for candidates across the full recruitment lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a service-oriented mindset. This position blends hands-on coordination with recruiting support responsibilities and offers exposure to end-to-end hiring processes within a growing, collaborative environment.
This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence in our Duluth, GA office.

Core Responsibilities
<ul><li>Conduct candidate phone screens and interviews, as needed.</li>
<li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.</li>
<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, professional, and consistent communication.</li>
<li>Partner closely with recruiters to maintain accuracy, organization, and data integrity within recruiting systems.</li>
<li>Provide interview and hiring-related administrative support to hiring managers.</li>
<li>Create and manage job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ClearCompany) and assist with job postings across multiple platforms.</li>
<li>Initiate and track background checks and other pre-employment activities.</li>
<li>Maintain and update applicant records in the ATS to ensure compliance and data accuracy.</li>
<li>Assist with offer letter preparation and support pre-boarding and onboarding activities.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to hiring policies while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive candidate information.</li>
<li>Support recruiting initiatives such as career fairs, hiring events, and networking activities as needed.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements
<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or an administrative support role.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR-related software.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Indeed), ClearCompany, or social media recruiting platforms.</li>
<li>General knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.</li>
<li>Collaborative mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and contribute within Talent Acquisition.</li>
