 We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter with 1&ndash;3 years of experience to join our TA team. This role will focus on supporting all things campus recruiting, internship programs, and hiring for entry-level and select corporate &amp; technical positions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and enthusiastic about creating a positive candidate experience. You will work under the guidance of our Technical Recruiter while also further developing a structured and effective talent acquisition strategy for the organization.

  </li>

    Register for and coordinate participation in career fairs and on-campus events.

    Collaborate with marketing to develop event materials such as banners, tablecloths, brochures, and swag/giveaway materials.

    Assist in extending internship offers and manage intern-to-hire conversion processes.
   </li>

   Internship Program Management:

    Coordinate internship program logistics, including creating itineraries and booking lunch &amp; learns.

    Serve as the main point of contact for interns during the program.

    Track progress and provide feedback to leadership to ensure a successful program experience.

   Entry-Level &amp; Corporate Hiring:

    Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for entry-level positions, billing roles, office admin, and other corporate roles.

    Maintain candidate tracking systems and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
   </li>
   <li>
    Support offer letter preparation and onboarding processes for selected candidates.
   </li>

   General Recruiting Support:

    Assist senior recruiters in other hiring initiatives as needed.

    Contribute to improving recruiting processes and candidate experience.

  Qualifications

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree. Preferably in related technical and/or human resources field.

   1-3 years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus.

   Knowledge of Architectural Engineering Consulting industry preferred, but not required.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent interpersonal skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills

  <li>
   Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

   Proficiency in MS Office and related software, experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus

He/she will be able to enhance or create new reporting/tools to facilitate the team&rsquo;s operations to better support departmental goals. </li><li>Testing and validating SOPs and proposing any potential improvements
</li><li>Support continuous communication plan of SOPs to cross-functional teams
</li><li>Generate a visual process presentation for Industrial Planning Team&rsquo;s key processes
