Drive employee engagement and retention through creative programs to promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture</li><li>

Basic Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience in developing and driving talent management and full employee lifecycle HR activities within Organizational Development, Learning &amp; Talent Solutions, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Diversity Equity &amp; Inclusion, Employee Relations &amp; Compensation.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role</li><li>
Ability to address complex business problems by using data to craft compelling narratives and drive innovative solutions</li></ul>
Education:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience</li></ul>

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $176,200 to $215,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate&rsquo;s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.</div></div></div></div>
