About the Role:
</h3>We are looking for a technically strong and organized ME (Construction Management / Civil Engineering) professional to assist the Managing Director in monitoring, planning, and controlling all ongoing construction and infrastructure projects. This role provides direct exposure to senior management and involves coordination with project sites, technical teams, and head office.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Key Responsibilities:
</h3><ul><li>Assist the MD in planning, monitoring, and execution of all construction and infrastructure projects.
</li><li>Track project progress, site activities, and timelines as per MD&rsquo;s directives.
</li><li>Prepare project schedules, status reports, and technical summaries for management review.
</li><li>Coordinate with project engineers, site in-charges, and plant &amp; machinery teams.
</li><li>Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
</li><li>Review technical documents, BOQs, and project drawings as required.
</li><li>Identify delays or bottlenecks and report corrective actions to the MD.
</li><li>Support the MD in decision-making with accurate project data and insights.
</li><li>Maintain communication between MD&rsquo;s office and site teams for daily/weekly updates.
</li><li>Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and planning documents for management meetings.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Requirements / Skills:
</h3><ul><li>Qualification: M.E. in Construction Management / Civil Engineering
</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;4 years (Freshers with strong technical and coordination skills may apply)
</li><li>Sound knowledge of civil construction, infrastructure, and heavy project operations
</li><li>Strong analytical, planning, and technical coordination skills

Location: Dariba Workshop (with travel to sites on consultant gatepass)
 
Reporting To: Central Specialists &ndash; HZL Cluster 1 &amp; 2 
 
Experience Required:
Minimum 5&ndash;10 years of experience in HEMM / Mining Machinery , post Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Compensation:

</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Service &amp; Technical Support
<ul><li>Provide hands-on service support for Load &amp; Haul (LHDs, Trucks) and Drill Rigs
</li><li>Perform on-site troubleshooting, fault diagnostics, and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation systems
</li><li>Respond to emergency breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime
</li></ul>2. Commissioning &amp; Warranty Support
<ul><li>Lead commissioning of new machines at customer sites
</li><li>Manage and resolve warranty claims with OEM product support and engineering teams
</li><li>Ensure smooth handover of equipment with full documentation
</li></ul>3. Preventive Maintenance &amp; Inspection
<ul><li>Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules as per OEM guidelines
</li><li>Conduct Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) and inspections to identify potential failures
</li><li>Recommend component overhauls, replacements, or upgrades proactively
</li></ul>4. Customer Relationship Management
<ul><li>Act as the technical point of contact for customers (mining clients, contractors)
</li><li>Provide equipment health updates , performance insights, and service recommendations
</li><li>Promote OEM aftermarket parts and service solutions
</li></ul>5. Team Leadership &amp; Training
<ul><li>Supervise junior technicians and ensure safety &amp; service standards
</li><li>Conduct operator and maintenance training sessions at site
</li><li>Share best practices and lessons learned with internal teams
</li></ul>6. EHS Compliance
<ul><li>Adhere strictly to EHS standards during all service and site operations
</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe work practices, both underground and open-pit
</li></ul>7. Reporting &amp; Documentation
<ul><li>Prepare detailed service reports, failure analyses, and condition reports
</li><li>Provide feedback to engineering and product teams on recurring field issues
