<li>May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated</li>
<li>When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and safety boots</li>

<p><b>Experience and Education:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of utility construction experience with a strong technical knowledge of installations within the telecommunications industry required</li>
<li>2+ years of full cycle Project Management experience with P&amp;L ownership responsibilities required</li>
<li>Valid Driver License with the ability to drive a company vehicle required</li>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li>
</ul>
<p>The starting pay for this position is $80,000 annually and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.</p>

Project Manager - Wireline

<div><p><b>Key Accountabilities
</b></p><ul><li>Deliver end to end project plan for all important projects in commercial which includes inputs from all key areas with all activities captured and all key timings and costs incorporated. These projects include (1) set up of the Vendor platform and integration into EITC IT systems, (2) set up of the commercial project on the platform, (3) build of the customer facing app (4) the customer migration
</li><li>Responsible for the update of the project plans for all projects at all times including third-party partners and vendors tasks
</li><li>Manage a project change register which captures scope, cost, or timing changes.
</li><li>Responsible for monitoring and managing allocated program budget and targeted efficiency savings.
</li><li>Recommend and enhance the project/delivery governance model for the SBU.
</li><li>Manage all key project meetings, escalating to the Head of Commercial any concerns around scope creep, scope change, timing or cost risks or impacts.
</li><li>Ensure project team is motivated and aligned around the project purpose and work with any individuals or teams who are falling behind to get the activities back on the agreed project plan schedule
</li><li>Manage all project team activities keeping the pressure on delivery with no compromise on quality, escalating any people delivery concerns along the way
</li><li>Manage the risks and opportunities register, ensuring its availability to the head whenever required, with possible mitigation strategies for all risks identified
</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications
</b></p><ul><li>Graduate / Master&rsquo;s degree.
</li></ul><p><b>Experience:
</b></p><ul><li>A minimum of 10 years project/programme management responsibility.
</li><li>Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience in IT/telecommunications.
</li><li>Experience in Telco digital transformation is strongly appreciated.
</li></ul><p><b>Skills:
</b></p><ul><li>Excellent project/program management skills
</li><li>Possess a strong performance and results orientation
</li><li>Proven ability to influence stakeholders across various levels/departments of the organization
</li><li>Able to apply high level analytical and creative problem-solving skills
</li><li>Understanding of Engineering and Product work and its background
</li><li>Excellent communication at CxO level
</li><li>Creative, flexible, resilient, and fun to work with
</li><li>Decision making and leadership
</li><li>Strong time management skills and attention to details
</li><li>Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
