The Pipeline Operator performs terminal and station operations both in and outside responsibilities. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>
Plans vessel arrival, directs position of the vessel along the dock, places gangway equipment from the vessel to shore, and attaches loading arms to vessel.</li><li>
Leads pre-transfer meeting with vessel Captain and Officers to review Declaration of Inspection, Terminal Rules and Regulations, and other related information and documentation.</li><li>
