Job Summary
The Patriot Environmental Control Unit (ECU) &amp; Generator Test &amp; Repair Technician is a crucial role supporting the sustainment of Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces (RSADF) systems through expert testing, maintenance, and repair of power generators and Environmental Control Units (ECUs). The technician is responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, isolating, and repairing faults to ensure these systems operate efficiently and reliably. This includes refurbishing generators and ECUs, conducting overhauls in compliance with operational standards, and ensuring all equipment meets performance requirements.
Using advanced testing and measuring equipment, as well as military and commercial multi-purpose tools, the technician performs diagnostic and repair tasks with precision. Charts and technical drawings are regularly utilized to guide maintenance and repair efforts, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications. In addition to these core responsibilities, the technician contributes to on-the-job training (OJT) initiatives, sharing expertise and supporting the professional growth of team members.
