Celebrating Long Service provides an opportunity for the business to demonstrate their appreciation of the hard work, dedication and many years' services of our employees at 5-year service milestones</li><li>Commitment to continued professional development: Development plans that are tailored to your individual needs and interests</li><li>Global connections: Join experts around the world who are at the leading edge of our industry, shaping the standards of our profession</li><li>Energy Transition Academy: Join a community of experts sharing your knowledge and gaining more exposure to a variety of existing and emerging energy systems - delivered by experts in their field</li></ul>The Key Objectives For This Role Are <ul><li>Monitor and record employee work hours, overtime, and absences using manual logs or timekeeping software.</li><li>Ensure timely and precise submission of timesheets to payroll departments for processing wages.</li><li>Verify that timekeeping practices align with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies.</li><li>Track vacation, sick leave, and other time-off requests, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.</li><li>Generate regular reports on attendance, hours worked, and discrepancies for HR or management review.</li></ul>Responsibilities Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assists project team with day-to-day support of the project or site</li><li>Organizes and expedites flow of work through project or site and initiates follow up action</li><li>Maintains knowledge of project status, scheduling requirements, and departmental operations/procedures</li><li>Assists with setup, development and coordination of site-specific PMP and PIFs</li><li>Sets up and maintains hard copy and electronic site file directories</li><li>Issues and approves access to shared project drives and websites</li><li>Ensures the correct functioning of facilities, office and/or business support services.</li><li>Performs clerical, administrative and general office duties including transcription, typing, and recording</li><li>Ensures reports and documents follow company and project standards and quality</li><li>Manages project specific forms and instructions</li><li>Coordinates, schedules and prepares information for meetings and appointments</li><li>Assists field operations with completion of daily time sheets</li><li>Assists with onboarding/orientation of personnel Assists with internal and external project audits</li><li>Arranges travel, accommodations and car rentals</li><li>Prepares letters and memoranda for manager's review</li><li>Gathers data and material information to be billed</li><li>Scans, emails, answers phone, makes copies</li></ul>Qualifications What makes you remarkable?
