 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)

 Key Responsibilities

 Analyze sales, merchandising, and distribution data to generate actionable insights for business decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports (e.g., sales performance, out-of-stock (OOS), coverage gaps, and channel analysis)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and maintain commercial data systems, ensuring high data accuracy and integrity across platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Support field operations by optimizing route planning, coverage, and merchandising tracking systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop dashboards and automated reports using Excel or BI tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data/system issues in coordination with IT or vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain customer, product, and pricing master data in all relevant systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Track key KPIs such as sales trends, stock availability, and execution compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Train and support users on system tools and reporting platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align data insights with business needs
