Job summary 
As a Transaction Manager in the Securitized Products Group, you will oversee the purchase and sale of closed residential mortgage loans, working closely with traders, bankers, legal teams, and external partners. You&rsquo;ll manage the full loan lifecycle from purchase to post-settlement, ensuring smooth operations and compliance throughout.
Job responsibilities<ul>

What You'll Bring

Experience:

<li>3&ndash;5+ years in residential real estate, sales, or transaction management, with meaningful time in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment</li>
<li>1&ndash;3+ years of people management experience leading sales or account-management teams</li>
</ul>
Licensing:
<ul>
<li>Active, unrestricted real estate salesperson or broker license in at least one U.S. state (or ability to obtain within a defined timeline)</li>
<li>Comfort operating within brokerage, MLS, and state regulatory requirements</li>
</ul>

<li>Proven ability to coach on negotiation, pipeline discipline, and customer/agent communication</li>
