<div>Onalaska Care Center is now hiring for a part-time weekend receptionist. This position works every other weekend from 11:00am-4:00pm. The weekend receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks, directs call and visitors, and provides a positive and welcoming presence.
This position also works every other holiday, 8am - 4pm.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Greet and direct visitors as they enter and exit the facility.</li><li>
Ensure positive interactions with residents, staff, family members and visitors.</li><li>
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.</li><li>
Record phone messages for employees or residents.</li><li>
Assist with questions and direct residents as needed.</li><li>
Monitor front door area for residents who may be potential wanderers and redirect.</li></ul>
Facility Responsibilities<ul><li>
Maintain confidentiality of information for residents and employees.</li><li>
Follow corporation policies and procedures.</li><li>
Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner by following corporation and facility safety rules.</li><li>
Attend assigned in-services.</li><li>
Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.</li></ul>
