Assist patients in completing necessary paperwork and ensure all forms are processed correctly. 
Manage incoming calls, answering questions, and scheduling appointments as needed. 
Maintain patient records with attention to detail, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.</li><li>
Teamwork &amp; Marketing: 
Participate in marketing and sales initiatives designed to attract new patients to the clinic. 
Collaborate with your team to achieve clinic sales goals, contribute to a positive work environment, and help grow the business.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a high-paced retail or healthcare environment.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate&rsquo;s degree or higher preferred).</li><li>
Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping others and driving sales.</li><li>
Strong sales abilities, confident in presenting and closing memberships and service packages.</li><li>
Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture.</li><li>
Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.</li><li>
Proficient with office equipment (computer, scanner, fax, phone system) and Microsoft Office.</li><li>
There may be an expectation of flexibility, for location change on a day by day or week by week basis.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li><li>
Previous office management or marketing experience a plus.</li><li>
Bilingual preferred.</li></ul>
