The Lancaster Office is looking for an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our growing team. 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>
conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.</li><li>
draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.</li><li>
represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.</li><li>
collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.</li><li>
maintain billable hours as necessary.</li><li>
manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision.</li><li>
assist in the representation of clients in motion practice, conferences, mediations, and trial when and where necessary.</li></ul> 
Position Requirements: 
<ul><li>
Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an active license in good standing in Pennsylvania.</li><li>
At least 7 years of direct PA workers' compensation experience and the ability to handle all aspects of the workers' compensation litigation process required; 10+ years of WC experience preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.</li><li>
Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.</li></ul>
