<div>The CE Supervisor is responsible for managing storage and maintenance activities for Bear order of Battle (BOB) and Civil Engineering (CE) equipment to include receipt, accountability, storage, inspection, maintenance, issue and reconstitution. Supervise CE workshops and facilities (e.g., power production, electrical, refrigeration, fabrication shops etc.). Direct preparation of stored assets for exercise or actual deployments. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
Principal Accountabilities<ul>

Performs CSC Inspections on Containers as needed.</li>
<li>Coordinates, Oversees and Monitors periodic inspections and maintenance services on assigned assets in the Bear Base Departments.</li>
<li>Coordinates, Oversees and Monitors civil engineering and other equipment for exercises or actual deployments in the Bear Base Departments.</li>
<li>In the absence of the Power Production Supervisor operates, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs power generation equipment and related power generation duties.</li>

Minimum Requirements<ul>

<ul><li>Carry out dealership services and repairs within Volvo Standard Text (VST) timeframes.</li><li>Communicate directly with customers to understand repair needs and provide clear explanations during handovers.</li><li>Plan and execute tasks using VIDA, CSC codes, and operation codes while following service schedules.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Volvo service processes, warranty policies, and safety standards.</li><li>Participate in daily team meetings, contribute to problem-solving, and help achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.</li><li>Maintain accurate job cards, invoices, and documentation through VIDA and DMS systems.</li><li>Stay updated with technical information via TRIP, TIE, and Volvo Cars Performance Academy (VCPA).</li></ul></div>

Required Skills to Be Successful 
<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with diagnostic expertise.</li><li>Familiarity with workshop tools, equipment, and technical manuals.</li><li>Basic PC skills and ability to navigate Volvo systems (VIDA, VCPA, TRIP, TIE).</li></ul></div>
