 Launch small-scale A/B tests to validate audience segments (age, gender, pain points).

 Test 3&ndash;5 channels (schools, influencers, social, partnerships) and scale top performers.

 Rapidly iterate messaging and creatives based on performance and feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the experiment tracker with GTM and Research, ensuring all tests have clear hypotheses, results, and next steps.

 Qualifications

 Deep understanding of GCC youth culture, social platforms, and content trends
 </li>

 Proficient in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools (GA, Looker, or similar)
