Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our chiropractic office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer support.

This role is perfect for a person that is semi-retired or looking for a flexible schedule part-time job. The days are generally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and flexible hours starting at 10am through 5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Provide clerical support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist with light bookkeeping and account reconciliation
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Support medical reception duties, including patient check-in and appointment management
  • Organize office supplies and maintain an efficient workspace
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and communication
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution

Skills

  • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer support abilities to enhance client satisfaction
  • Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
  • Knowledge of office management practices to ensure efficient operations
  • Clerical skills with the ability to handle administrative tasks effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
