Wine Bar Runner / Bartender – Seasonal Position

Join our wine bar team for a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting our seasonal festivals and daily operations. We’re looking for a reliable, energetic team member to assist with food and beverage prep, bartending shifts, set up and break down tents and bar equipment, move cases of wine and liquor, and provide general support behind the bar. This is a high-volume environment during peak season, so the ability to stay efficient and professional under pressure is key.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food and beverage preparation at the wine bar
• Set up and break down tents and bar equipment
• Move and restock wine cases, liquor, and supplies
• Organize storage areas and assist with inventory
• Support bartenders and team members during service
• Provide break coverage for staff as needed
• Help with clean-up and closing duties
• Bartending shifts depending on availability and business needs
• Able to pivot quickly and assist where needed as priorities change during service

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (or able to obtain)
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification (or able to obtain)
• Ability to safely lift and move 40+ lbs repeatedly during shifts (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous bartending and/or food service experience preferred
• Available weekdays, weekends, and evenings
• Able to maintain speed, accuracy, and professionalism during high-volume service, large crowds, and peak seasonal rushes

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.90 per hour
