Seasonal Bartender

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled bartender to join our team this spring as our tiki bar reopens. Our tiki bar boasts an environment like no other. We have 20ft banana plants, palm trees, tropcials and 360 degree mountain views and more! The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent bartending skills. We are looking for people with personalities and enthusiasm to match our one of a kind tiki bar. Duties:

- Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and customer requests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure safety

Experience:

- Previous experience in bartending or related roles
- Knowledge of upserve POS system is a plus
- Familiarity with catering, nightclub, or brewing environments
- Ability to handle food and beverages safely
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
