Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Clover, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills.
• Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests promptly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in setting up for service, ensuring all supplies are ready and properly arranged.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude and high energy level.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Effective time management to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving protocols.

Pay: $2.13 - $9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week

Work Location: In person
