A Brief Overview
The Director, Brand and Campaign Management will manage the relationship with external agencies and internal partners in the management of campaign products. They are responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing campaigns and ensuring that content is aligned with company vision and goals. This role is expected to participate as a critical member of the marketing leadership team.
Key Initiatives:
1. Develop and execute a plan to increase organizational understanding and confidence in creative measurement and business impact (lead), including a compelling case for change.
a. Develop a metric for success, including a timeline
2. Support the development and testing of a new campaign "big idea" based in insights and refreshed brand positioning and personality that drives differentiation and meaning beyond current campaign. Campaign executions must work across different audiences and media platforms. (VP or CMO will lead)
a. Own development of executions for all platforms
3. Define evolution of the Campaign team as we switch from a high involvement advertising production model to a low(er) involvement production model.
4. Complete roll-out of brand refresh elements under your scope (Jordan Monson accountable for overall initiative).
a. Brand positioning
b. Brand personality and tone for upper funnel communications
5. Deliver Best of Safelite execution(s) that move differentiation and/or meaning in copy testing.
What you will do
Lead creative strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns by leveraging data and analysis to meet short-term business needs while building the brand for the long-term in accordance with market and company trends to drive volume and generate brand awareness.
Collaborate with peer level cross-functional partners to understand the state of the business and guide in-year creative decisions.
Own and lead the creative agency relationship including QBRs and performance reviews. Accountable for production and creative agency fee budget and oversees campaign talent selection, management and communication.
Ensure all advertising production (all mediums) meets brand, operational and company standards and are executed on time and within budget. When appropriate, consult on other videos/collateral and ensure standards compliance.
Develop and implement brand strategies for positioning, differentiation and messaging in consideration of value proposition, target audiences and other factors. Develop and execute an insights learning roadmap, in collaboration with CCX Analytics.
Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success. Use data analysis tools in collaboration with media agency, creative agency, Kantar, Insights & Analytics and Finance to measure and optimize creative impact. Make recommendations and actionable insights based on findings

What you will need
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
10+ years in campaign management required
4-6 years leading campaign teams required
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations (High proficiency)
Excellent communication skills with all levels in an organization (High proficiency)
Proven ability to identify target audience and devise effective campaigns (High proficiency)
Ability to think strategically and drive tactical execution. (High proficiency)
Ability to manage projects and handle multiple priorities at the same time.
