Seasonal Event Staff -$14 + tips

Job Title: Event Staff FLSA Classifications: Non-Exempt

$14.00 hour base plus tips - Average $20 - 25/hour in total compensation plus employee perks!

Reports to: Events Manager

Job Overview

Overall responsibility of Anodyne Part Time Event Staff will be to provide a positive experience and superior customer service to a wide range of clients, patrons and customers. Our events will range from wedding ceremonies and receptions to concerts / live entertainment, corporate and non-profit holiday parties and fundraisers.

· At concerts, work as ticket takers, or as a bartender serving beer, wine, cocktails and coffee drinks.

· At weddings, help with room flip, decorations, vendor load in, inventory and catering

· Event closing includes sweeping, mopping, moving tables and chairs, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning/shining dishes

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

· Must be able to commit to 15-20 hours/wk

· Evening and weekend availability a must (Closing shifts ending between 12:30-2am)

· Ability to lift 30-50 pounds

· Frequent standing on your feet for long periods of time and walking stairs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
