Job Summary
The Seasonal Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to support field and warehouse operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers across multiple territories to understand staffing needs, maintain hiring pipelines, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates and managers. The Field Recruiter will spend time both remotely and on-site as needed to support high-volume hiring during peak season. This position is a six-month contract; however, continuation of the role is contingent upon business demands and workload, and the contract may end earlier if necessary.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for field, warehouse, seasonal, and hourly positions
Ensure all recruiting practices follow company guidelines and legal compliance standards.
2 to 5 years in recruiting, HR, staffing, or high-volume hiring is strongly preferred.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Strong judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Candidates must reside in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, or South Carolina. Applicants located within the Eastern Time Zone are also preferred.
