Job Title: Seasonal Fruit Basket Designer
Job Summary: The Seasonal Fruit Basket Designer is responsible for creating and assembling attractive and high-quality fruit baskets during peak seasons. This role involves selecting fresh produce, arranging items in an aesthetically pleasing manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the final product. The Seasonal Fruit Basket Designer plays a key role in promoting the company's brand and contributing to seasonal sales.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Fruit Basket Design:
- Design and assemble fruit baskets according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Select and arrange fresh fruits and other items in a visually appealing manner.
- Ensure that all baskets meet quality standards and are free from defects.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of fruits and other basket components.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of fresh produce and supplies.
- Ensure that all items are properly stored and rotated to maintain freshness.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and fulfilling special requests.
- Assist customers in selecting the right fruit basket for their needs.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Quality Control:
- Inspect fruits and other items for quality and freshness before including them in baskets.
- Ensure that all fruit baskets are packaged securely and attractively.
- Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
Promotions and Marketing:
- Assist with the promotion of fruit baskets through displays and other marketing efforts.
- Provide input on seasonal themes and designs to attract customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create appealing promotional materials.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.
- Assist in preparing reports on fruit basket sales and inventory turnover.
- Document any customer feedback or special requests for future reference.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the preparation and assembly of fruit baskets.
- Ensure that the work area is clean and organized.
- Use proper food handling techniques to prevent contamination.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is an advantage.
- Artistic ability and experience in design or craft work is preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons.
