Bettendorf Community School District is seeking a Seasonal Groundskeeper to assist with maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of district grounds and outdoor facilities during the spring, summer, and early fall months. This position supports the district by helping ensure school grounds are clean, well maintained, and ready for students, staff, and community use.

Terms of Employment:
Seasonal Position April through October 2026
Varied Schedule Up to 29 hours per week

Salary:
$15.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must be able to provide required I-9 documentation to verify eligibility to work in the United States.

Knowledge, Skills, and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work independently in the absence of specific instruction and/or continuous supervision
• Assist with general grounds maintenance across district facilities
• Support upkeep of school grounds to ensure safe and presentable outdoor environments
• Perform duties as outlined in the complete job description
