Seasonal Groundskeeper

Job Summary

Cass Hill Development Companies is seeking a Seasonal Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness, landscaping, and overall appearance of our residential properties during the summer season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work, landscaping, and hands-on property maintenance.

What You’ll Do

• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, weeding)
• Assist with mulching, planting, and irrigation
• Maintain clean and safe outdoor areas, including walkways, parking lots, and common spaces
• Support general property upkeep and light maintenance tasks
• Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance issues
• Ensure grounds are maintained to high company standards

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance is a plus
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and basic customer service skills

Schedule & Job Type

• Full-time, seasonal position
• Monday–Friday (some flexibility based on property needs)
• In-person role
