Seasonal Part Time Server

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast POS.
• Serve food items while adhering to food safety standards.
• Sanitate work areas, tables, and utensils to maintain cleanliness.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Process payments accurately and manage cash handling responsibilities.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Experience

• Previous experience in a server role is preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
