Job Title: Restaurant Seasonal Staff (Waiters / Barista / Cook)

Period: November 2025 until February 2026 only

Place of Work: Laysen Valley, Umm Al Hamam, Riyadh

Monthly Salary: SAR 3,000 TO SAR 3,200 (Full package / Live out)

NO Accommodation and Transportation provided

Job Summary: To support the daily operations of the café during the high season by ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient food and beverage preparation, and maintenance of the café’s luxury standards.
Seasonal staff contribute to delivering a refined yet welcoming experience through teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain the café’s service and presentation standards at all times.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas (dining, counter, and kitchen).
• Assist with setup, opening, and closing duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Handle guest inquiries politely and ensure satisfaction.
• Support other departments during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all company policies, grooming standards, and health & safety procedures.

1. Assistant Waiter

• Assist Waiters in serving food, desserts, and beverages efficiently.
• Prepare tables with correct setup (cutlery, napkins, glassware).
• Clear and reset tables discreetly between guests.
• Refill water and beverages, serve bread, and assist during peak service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
• Support in guest seating and menu presentation when required.

2. Waiter

• Greet guests professionally and ensure a warm, attentive experience.
• Present menu, take orders accurately, and offer product recommendations.
• Serve food, coffee, and desserts according to luxury service standards.
• Monitor table status and anticipate guest needs.
• Handle minor complaints courteously and report issues promptly.
• Process bills through the POS system and assist with table turnovers.

3. Junior Barista

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages following café recipes.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment safely.
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Educate guests briefly about coffee types, origins, and brewing methods.
• Support the service team during peak hours by assisting in guest interactions and take-away orders.

4. Junior Cook

• Assist senior kitchen staff with preparation of international dishes and sweets.
• Prepare mise en place: chop vegetables, portion proteins, prepare sauces, and plate simple items.
• Follow recipes and food presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen section.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labeling according to hygiene standards.
• Support the team during service by replenishing ingredients and assisting in plating.

Basic Requirements:

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior café or restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
• For baristas: basic coffee knowledge or previous barista training is an advantage.
• For cooks: basic food preparation experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼3,200.00 per month
