Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team for a seasonal opportunity running from early June through the Back to School season. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the reliability of store operations during our peak seasons. WSS Service Team Members are vital to delivering customer service that offers a neighborhood friendly shopping experience and drives sales results. At the heart of our stores is a team that is focused on meeting store goals through collective and individual achievement. Your individual responsibilities as a Service Team Member will include demonstrating excellent service, assisting customers on the sales floor, and performing cashier functions. In addition, you will be responsible for keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, accurately signing promotions, organizing the selling floor and backroom areas.
