Seasonal Secretary for Part Time - Quick Books Experience Needed

Organization and Multitasking Skills

  • Answering telephone lines and taking messages
  • Calling and / or emailing next day appointments
  • Updating servcie techs
  • Applying payment to invoices
  • Filing invoices in Pending/Paid files
  • Organize and file receipts

Computer skills

  • Microseoft Office and Excel
  • Typing appointments schedules and Invoices
  • Using Quickbooks to input customer/vendor Information

Knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel spreadsheets is required along with strong communication skills in helping customers over the phone. Accounting background is helpful.

Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Must pass background/credit check

Experience:

  • Secretary : 1 year (Preferred)
