We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Mowing Lead to join our outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will take charge of leading solar site mowing and landscaping operations, ensuring that all grounds are maintained to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape maintenance technicians in performing mowing, trimming, general landscaping tasks at solar energy sites.
• Ensure all groundskeeping activities comply with safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools; oversee maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Promote a positive team environment through leadership that motivates staff, encourages professional development, and fosters accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping with a strong understanding of lawn care.
• Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction practices related to outdoor site development or maintenance is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team supervision and coordination with other departments.
