Groundskeeper
Groundskeeper
Vintage Corporation is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team over at Heron Pointe Apartments! Must have great organization and communication skills. If you are a team player with a great attitude, please email your resume so we can learn more about you!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain grounds including trash pickup, lawn care, etc.
- Perform snow/ice removal
- Collaborate with construction crews and other professionals for repairs and preventative maintenance
- Report to manager or assistant manager any issues or preventative measures needed
- Assist with scheduling vendors
- Any other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Knowledge of tools and common appliances
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Ability to adapt to weather conditions
Qualifications:
- Groundskeeper experience (preferred) in residential/multi-family properties or similar
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
