  • Shift: Monday - Sunday 11:00pm-8:00am, variable and/or extended hours depending on business needs.
  • Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.63
  • Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate, adjust, and maintain advanced AI-powered Laser-Weeder equipment to improve crop quality, yield, and efficiency.
  • Safely operate large tractors, install and calibrate GPS guidance systems, and transport equipment between field locations.
  • Troubleshoot equipment performance, perform routine maintenance and repairs, and coordinate technical support as needed.
  • Clean, sanitize, and prepare equipment for continued use or storage between shifts.
  • Collect and report operational and equipment data to support performance tracking and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert by completing required training, following safety protocols, and supporting overall farm operations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Three or more years of mechanical or technical experience, including large tractor operation and maintenance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong mechanical, technical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot advanced equipment.
  • Comfort working independently and maintaining focus during extended equipment operation.
  • Ability to learn and utilize Laser-Weeder and tractor GPS software systems.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and willingness to complete required training and certifications.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Regular standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to operate equipment for extended periods with sufficient vision, depth perception, and focus.
  • Required use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection.
  • Work performed outdoors with regular exposure to weather conditions and occasional exposure to wet, humid, or dusty environments.
