• Gather financial data from clients by reviewing financial statements, bookkeeping records, and supporting documents.
• Use accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or other tax preparation tools to input data and generate reports.
• Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize deductions for clients.
• Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients, providing guidance on financial concepts and strategies.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry using 10 key typing skills and analysis of financial information.
• Support marketing efforts by promoting additional financial services or software solutions to clients when appropriate.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax procedures, and financial concepts.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret financial data accurately.
