We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Lancaster, PA for a short-term assignment (typically 3 months or less). Based on out current projects and daily business needs, this role combines the best of both worlds: order fulfillment and production.

Flexible Schedule Options

We are structuring this temporary role based on our operational demand and candidate availability:

Full-Time: Up to 35-40 hours per week
Part-Time: 15-30 hours per week
Assignment Duration: Short-term / project-based

Key Responsibilities

Candy Production & Packaging:

Produce and package candy and custom candy mixes according to company recipes and production standards.
Label, seal, and prepare finished candy products for retail and distribution.
Monitor production output and ensure accuracy, consistency, and strict food safety standards are met.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping:

Accurately pick and pack online customer and wholesale candy orders.
Ensure all products are packaged correctly, within time guidelines, and meet quality standards.
Label and prepare packages for shipment through multiple carriers.

Warehouse Support & Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment at all times, following all sanitation guidelines.
Track inventory of ingredients, packaging supplies, and production materials, reporting low stock to management.
Assist with moving, storing, and organizing materials as needed to support smooth facility operations.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently and comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
Experience in fulfillment, food production, manufacturing, or general warehouse operations is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hands-on tasks.
Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 80 lbs safely.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and move materials safely in a warehouse environment.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
