As a Seasonal, Workforce Specialist, you will perform routine financial processes and reporting to support Workforce Planning. This includes generating financial reports and processing other key information used by Workforce Planning and management for tracking and decision-making. You’ll apply basic financial and accounting principles to identify and accurately report variances that may impact field results. Additionally, you’ll research and respond to inquiries related to data or reports within your area of specialty.

Manage tasks independently

Validate the accuracy of data from financial systems

Obtain, research, and process confidential information

Respond timely to inquiries and conduct all necessary research to resolve customer requests

Balance and reconcile assigned accounts and/or projects; research and report on discrepancies

Create/revise budgets and requests and ensure appropriate data is shared and loaded to impacting systems

Coordinate with field personnel

What you'll bring to the team...:
- Minimum of 6 hours college level accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience

0 - 2 years experience with accounting and/or financial procedures

Ability to work independently and maintain sensitive and confidential information

Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data and to assimilate into a useful format

Strong numerical skills

Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Understanding and previous use of a Windows-based computer system

High proficiency in MS Word and Excel
