About the Role

We’re hiring a dependable Seasonal Yard Laborer to support our mulch and landscape materials yard during our busy season. This is hands-on, outdoor work that keeps things moving—bagging, loading, cleaning, and keeping the property looking sharp. High performers may have the opportunity to move into full-time employment in the future.

Responsibilities

• Bagging mulch, soil, stone, and other landscape materials
• Loading bags and materials into customer vehicles and company trucks
• Cleaning and maintaining yard equipment and work areas
• Light landscaping and property upkeep (weeding, trimming, general cleanup)
• Assisting with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (bags, tools, etc.) repeatedly
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be able to pass a drug test
