Your expertise in various techniques and treatments will enhance our clients' overall experience. Also, there will be camera recording at all times for social media, youtube, and other platform exposure to help expand the business and brand. Once hired, be prepared to begin working asap.

• Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures to meet individual client needs.
• Perform body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Conduct skin analysis and educate clients on skincare routines, color theory, and product recommendations to promote healthy skin habits.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards in accordance with industry regulations to ensure client safety.
• Assist with sales by recommending skincare products and treatment packages that align with client goals.
• Stay current on industry trends such as tattooing techniques and new esthetic laser treatments to continually expand your expertise.
• Maintain an organized workspace and keep inventory of supplies.
• Assist with other salon duties as required to ensure smooth operations.

Experience

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority.
• at least 2 proven years of experience in providing skincare treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Experience with dermabrasion, tattooing procedures, or laser treatments is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced setting while demonstrating professionalism and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay rate: There is no hourly rate. Commission only, 60/40 split

The salon has both commission and suite rental available.
